Eye-catching exterior photographs are essential when marketing your property. Being the main photograph it's what people will first see when browsing Rightmove.

I frequently use sky replacement software to make sure my exterior shots always look amazing even on those miserable, rainy English days. I do this free of charge, so you know you'll always get the best looking photographs possible.

INTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHY
Quality interior photographs present every room in the best way possible, helping highlight key selling points of the property to potential buyers/tenants.

I focus on making my photographs look as natural as possible whilst still enhancing colour, contrast and exposure when editing. This ensures your property stands out from the rest.

I will take as many photographs as the property needs. Depending on size and features this can be anywhere between 15 and 40 photographs.

FLOOR PLANS
Detailed floor plans allow the buyer/tenant to easily view the layout and dimensions of the property, helping them decide whether the property is suitable for them.
I make my floor plans as easy to read as possible whilst still including details such as windows, doors, counter tops and storage spaces.

Having created over 1000 plans for various estate agents over the past 5 years, I've become extremely efficient and can have plans ready to download within hours.
​
The standard colour for my plans is black however this can be changed to any colour at no extra cost. For estate agents i can also include your logo, so the plan is branded as your own.
DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY
Drone photography is a great marketing tool for an expensive property as it adds a sense of luxury to the listing which can help attract buyers.
Aerial photographs can be used to help show the size of a large property which otherwise couldn't be shown from a standard exterior shot.

The use of a drone isn't exclusively for expensive houses, it is also great at capturing farm land, large gardens and the scenery surrounding a property.

Drone photographs will be edited just like my exterior shots, with blue sky's added if needed. Also available to download within 24 hours.
